Daniela (Japanese: ユリ Yuri) is a character of the day who appeared in Here Comes the Trubbish Squad!.

Daniela is a kindergarten teacher who runs a Pokémon Day Care, alongside her grandmother Karena, close to Nacrene City. On her own, she runs a kindergarten class. One day, her class befriended a Trubbish; however, she didn't allow them to keep it due to her fearing that it would live up to its reputation and eat the children's toys and make a mess. As a result, her students rebelled against her and kept Trubbish in their self-made secret base, not allowing anyone to approach it.

Even after Trubbish saved the children from a Sandile that attacked them, she still wished to get rid of it. That was until the secret base started to collapse due to her own Deerling. She tried to save Avery, but Trubbish saved all the children. As a result, her attitude towards it softened, and she allowed Trubbish to stay.

Deerling is Daniela's only known Pokémon. She intended to use it to scare off the Trubbish that her students had befriended. However, Ash knew that Trubbish meant no harm and intended to protect it. As a result, he battled Deerling with Pikachu briefly. The battle ended when both Pokémon nearly made the secret base collapse.

Deerling's only known move is Tackle.

Daniela first encountered Trubbish when the children in her kindergarten class befriended it; however, she didn't allow them to keep it due to her fear that since it loves garbage, the school would become full of trash. As a result, her students rebelled against her and kept Trubbish in their self-made secret base, not allowing anyone to approach it. Even after Trubbish protected the kids from a Sandile that attacked them, she still wished to get rid of it until the secret base started to collapse and it saved the children. As a result, her attitude towards it softened, and she allowed Trubbish to stay. It reappeared in a flashback in Explorers of the Hero's Ruin.

Trubbish's known moves are Poison Gas, Sludge Bomb* and Toxic Spikes, and its Ability is Stench.
