The Shalour Sable (Japanese: シャラサブレ Shala Sable) is a type of medicine introduced in Generation VI. It is a local specialty of Shalour City and cures a Pokémon from all non-volatile status conditions and confusion.

- Although Shalour Sables are not obtainable in Pokémon X and Y without trading, they are mentioned by a female Tourist standing near the Galette Stand in Lumiose City.
- Shalour Sable is the only local specialty not found in its home region.
