Release information
This card was included in the Emerging Powers expansion, first released in the Japanese White Collection. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Battle Strength Decks, the Battle Theme Deck: Victini, the Reshiram-EX and Zekrom-EX Battle Strength Decks, and the Battle Gift Set: Thundurus vs Tornadus. It was also planned to be awarded as a Mirror Holofoil BW-P Promotional card at Pokémon World Championships 2011 Japan Representative Tournaments, which were scheduled to be held in eleven cities across Japan beginning April 3, 2011. Due to the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, these events were canceled and the card was never released.
