Island of Isolation (Japanese: 孤高の島 Island of Isolation) is a dungeon in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon that is located on the Mist Continent. It is unlocked by reaching Gold Rank. Once this dungeon is cleared, it cannot be visited again.
Upon entering the dungeon, the player will immediately fight Mewtwo. After being defeated once, Mewtwo will Mega Evolve into either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y for a second battle*. Upon completion of the second battle, Mewtwo will connect with the player and give them the Mist Looplet, one of The Eight Treasures. Afterwards, Meteorite Crater will be unlocked.
