Take Heart (Japanese: ブレイブチャージ Brave Charge) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It is the signature moves of Phione, and one of the signature moves of Manaphy.

Effect

Take Heart heals the user of all status conditions and raises its offensive and defensive stats by one stage for four turns.
