Base camp (Japanese: ベースキャンプ base camp) are camps that are located throughout the Hisui region. They are used for reporting new Pokédex data, healing the player's Pokémon, item management, and accessing Pokémon from Pasture. There are 11 camps in total.
Accessing Individual Base Camps
Obsidian Fieldlands
Fieldlands Camp

This camp is starting point of Expeditions in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
Heights Camp
|
After defeating Alpha Kricketune raging on top of Deertrack Heights, Professor Laventon builds second Base Camp.
Crimson Mirelands
Mirelands Camp
|
This is the first Base Camp found in Crimson Mirelands.
Bogbound Camp
|
This is a Base Camp unlocked by completing opptional Request.
Cobalt Coastlands
Beachside Camp
|
This Base Camp is unlocked when the Player reach Cobalt Coastlands.
Coastlands Camp
|
This is numberically second Base Camp in Hisui that is accessed though doing a Request.
Coronet Highlands
Highlands Camp

Reporting new PokéDex Data
Base Camps are only location in Hisui, where the Player can report Professor Laventon new PokéDex data on Pokémon. This raises Player's Star Rank. Once the Player's Star Rank is raised enough Player can unlock these areas: Crimson Mirelands, Cobalt Coastlands, Coronet Highlands and Alabaster Icelands (Obsidian Fieldlands is not included, because it get unlocked without a Rank) and unlock new Base Camps.
Buying Items
Items can be buyed in Base Camp with Galaxy Member. Which items he sells depended on how many requests with Tao Hua Player Character completed. It will be desplated which items adds ups when Player complete certain Requests.

- Request 43: "More New Wares" is Unlocked by accepting Mission 9: "A New Mission"
- Request 61: "Even More New Wares" is Unlocked by accepting Mission 11: "Scaling Perilous Heights"
- Request 71: "New Wares Yet Again" is Unlocked by accepting Mission 12: "The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra"
Other
Pastures
Player can access to his/her Pokémon. Pastures can easily be accessed in every base camp with Galaxy Member. Main article: Pasture
Craftworks
Player can also craft in every base camp, because there are craftworks in there. To unlock new Crafting Recipes Player Character must do some progress in the game or buy crafting recipes from Anvin. Main article: Crafting
