The Full Heal (Japanese: なんでもなおし Heal-All) is a type of medicine introduced in Generation I. It can be used to cure a Pokémon of all non-volatile status conditions and confusion.
It is an improved counterpart of the Antidote, Paralyze Heal, Burn Heal, Ice Heal, and Awakening, combining their effects into one. It has an improved counterpart in Full Restore.

In Pokémon Crystal, Full Heal costs $500 during the Goldenrod Department Store rooftop sale.
At Join Avenue's Market, Full Heal can be bought in dozens at $5400 each, which equates to $450 per Full Heal.
Effect
Generation I
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it cures a Pokémon of all non-volatile status conditions (poison, paralysis, sleep, burn, and freeze).
Generation II onward
A Full Heal can now cure confusion.
Legends: Arceus
When used from the Sachel on a Pokémon, it cures a Pokémon of all non-volatile status conditions (poison, paralysis, drowsy, burn, frostbite).
Wonder Launcher
The Full Heal appears as a Wonder Launcher item. It costs 6 points to use.

Pokémon Conquest
In Pokémon Conquest, the Full Heal can be used to cure a Pokémon from poison, paralysis, sleep, burn, freeze, and confusion.
A Full Heal can be purchased from the Shop in Terrera for 600-420 gold, and sold for 300-390 gold.

Pokémon UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, the Full Heal is a battle item unlocked at Trainer Level 14. It removes all status conditions from one of the player's Pokémon and makes it immune to hindrances for a 1.5s. It has 50s cooldown.

A Full Heal appeared in Finale!! The Battle Against the Other Dimension!, where Gladion received one sent to him by Moon in order to treat his injuries.
In the TCG

Full Heal was included as a Trainer card in the first release of the TCG, the Base Set (Expansion Pack in Japan), with artwork by Keiji Kinebuchi. After several reprints, it later received new art by Kinebuchi in the Japanese Pokémon-e Starter Deck, which made up part of the English Expedition Base Set. Full Heal wasn't reprinted again until the SoulSilver Collection when it was reclassified as an Item card; it also featured new artwork by Takashi Yamaguchi. While the print would be included in the English HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion, the Trainer card classifications weren't adopted until the Black & White expansion, which also included a reprint of Full Heal. Originating from the White Collection in Japan, it again features new artwork, this time by 5ban Graphics. 5ban Graphics also created the artwork for the next reprint included in the Furious Fists expansion (Japanese Rising Fist expansion). The Japanese Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary and English Evolutions expansion - sets celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise - reprinted the card with its original Kinebuchi artwork, while it was given new artwork by Yoshinobu Saito as one of the Japanese S-P Promotional cards and in the Rebel Clash expansion.
It removes all Special Conditions from one of the player's Active Pokémon.
In the TFG

Full Heal was included as a Trainer card in the first Pokémon Trading Figure Game expansion, Next Quest. It removes all Special Conditions from one of the player's Pokémon.
It uses the same artwork as the Full Heal Trainer card from the TCG's Expedition Base Set.
Trivia
- In early appearances, the Full Heal was depicted as a vaccine inside of a syringe-type device; this was later changed to being a "spray-type medicine" in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.
- In the Generation II games, due to a glitch, when an NPC uses a Full Heal on a Pokémon, it will not be cured of Nightmare (even after waking up from sleep) or of confusion.
