Players who purchased tickets to Pokémon the Orchestra: A Treasure Journey (Korean: Pokémon the Orchestra: 보물 같은 여정) were given a code that redeemed for an item set consisting of 3 Bottle Caps, 3 Peppers and 3 Comet Shards. There were 2 scheduled shows: On September 21st at 19:30 KST and on September 22nd at 15:00 KST. Tickets went on pre-sale August 19th, though the codes were distributed at each viewing.

Serial Codes were distributed to players who participated in the 2024 Pokémon Stamp rally hosted at JR rail stations throughout Japan between July 12th and September 2nd, 2024. The codes would redeem for one set of tera shards at random giving each possibile distribution a 1/3 chance to be received. The Serial codes exired on October 31st at 14:59 (UTC).

Each day at 9:00 UTC / 18:00 JST, a new password was released. The event could be redeemed once per password, for a total of 7 times per save file, and all passwords expired on December 18, 2022 at 14:59 UTC / 23:59 JST. As such the final password was only active for 6 hours.

There are 10 different sets of ingredients; the one obtained was random. These ingredient sets were however not distributed with equal chances. 8 of the sets each had a 5/41 chance to be received when redeemed (approx a 12.2% chance); the remainder was split between the last two ingredient sets which each had a 1/82 chance to be received when a password is redeemed (circa 1.2% chance).

Between November 18 and 30th, 2022 Players of Pokémon Scarlet or Violet in Japan could receive 4 serial codes via the 7-11 app. To do so they needed to present the app at a 7-11 location when buying a onigiri (Japanese rice ball) from the convenience store. A code will then be sent to the app within 24 hours of making the required purchase. A purchase of 2 onigiri would net a code for 4 Poké Balls, a purchase of 4 onigiri would net a code for 4 Great Balls, a purchase of 6 onigiri would net a code for 4 Ultra Balls, while a purchase of 10 onigiri would net an additional Premier Ball code. All these codes expired on January 10, 2023.

A code for a variety set of different Poké balls was distributed to players who bought Pokémon Scarlet or Violet at 7 Net in Japan. This event was given out as two separate codes: the first code redeemed for Luxury, Net, Repeat, and Heal Balls while the second code redeemed for Dive, Timer, and Dusk Balls. This was done presumably since Wonder Cards in Scarlet and Violet can only store up to 6 different items. The codes were given to players who preordered the game before 23:59 on November 17, 2022 and expired on March 7, 2023. One code set was given for the purchase of a single game while two codes were given with the purchase of the Double pack. The codes were emailed to customers between August 26 and November 25, 2022. The variety set contained the following items:
