Charmander (Japanese: ヒトカゲ Hitokage) is a Fire-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the EX Dragon expansion.

Release information
This card was included in the English EX Dragon expansion with artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita as a Secret Rare card, first released in the Japanese Gift Box. It was later reprinted as a Secret Box Topper in the English EX FireRed & LeafGreen expansion with different artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released in Japan as one of the ADV-P Promotional cards. It was released as part of a Meiji Chocolate campaign in February 2004.
