Major events
- Ruby and Emerald wake up inside the Meteor Village.
- The village Elder, an old Draconid woman called "Grannie", reveals that the Draconids rescued Ruby, Emerald, Mr. Briney, Ultima, and Drake.
- Grannie reveals that Maxie and Archie are teaching Groudon and Kyogre Precipice Blades and Origin Pulse, respectively, in order to stop the disaster.
- Tomatoma reveals that Zinnia defeated Sapphire and destroyed the dimensional shifter.
- Norman arrives and helps determine that Rayquaza is currently in Johto and may be heading to the science building where it was held captive in the past.
- Emerald is revealed to own an upgraded Pokédex.
- With Hoopa's rings, Ruby and Norman head to Johto to find Rayquaza.
- Rayquaza flies over Goldenrod City.
