The Rotom Catalog (Japanese: ロトムのカタログ Rotom Catalog) is a Key Item introduced in Generation VIII.

The Rotom Catalog allows the player to change the form of a Rotom.

In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Rotom must have been in a form at least once to unlock said form in the Rotom Catalog. In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, all forms are already unlocked upon receiving the item.
