This card was first released as one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos, available in the English EX Series Collector's Tin in November 2003, and features artwork by Kouki Saitou. In Japan, this card was available as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil ADV-P Promotional card at participating 7-Eleven stores as part of the Pokémon Fair campaign, which ran from June 25, 2003 until stocks lasted.
