Release information

This card was first released as one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos, available in the English EX Series Collector's Tin in November 2003, and features artwork by Kouki Saitou. In Japan, this card was available as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil ADV-P Promotional card at participating 7-Eleven stores as part of the Pokémon Fair campaign, which ran from June 25, 2003 until stocks lasted. Customers who purchased a bottle of Coca-Cola Vanilla, Sprite Classic, Ambasa Sour White, Fanta Fruit Punch, or Fanta Melon Soda were given one of 21 possible cards.

It was reprinted in the English EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori. In Japan, it was available as another ADV-P Promotional card as part of a Meiji Chocolate campaign in February 2004.
