Release information

This card was included in the Scarlet & Violet expansion, first released in the Japanese Scarlet ex expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as a Mirage Holofoil SV-P Promotional card and was one of the cards participants received upon entry into regional Champion's League events held during the 2022-2023 season. These included the 2023 Aichi Champion's League, held at the Aichi International Exhibition Center, Tokoname on February 25 and 26, 2023;[1] the 2023 Miyagi Champion's League, held at the Miyagi Industrial Exchange Center, Sendai on April 1 and 2, 2023;[2] and the 2023 Niigata Champion's League, held at Toki Messe, Niigata on May 6 and 7, 2023.[3] The SV-P Promotional print was also one of the cards participants received upon entry into the 2023 Pokémon Japan Championships, which were held at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on June 10 and 11, 2023.[4] This print features the Championship Series 2023 logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.

The Master League tournaments at each Champion's League meeting and the 2023 Pokémon Japan Championships were live-streamed on video platforms Niconico and YouTube, during which prizes could be won through Twitter campaigns. People wishing to enter a competition were required to follow the Twitter accounts of the official Pokémon Card Channel and its presenters Raichu Umekawa, Nanapple, Kucheat Takeuchi, and Yopifoot, and tweet messages of support.
