Phenac Stadium is the colosseum in Phenac City, which is located in the Orre region. It appears in both Pokémon Colosseum, as well as Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Although, there is no Colosseum Challenge in the second game.
Pokemon Colosseum
Phenac Stadium is the first Colosseum Wes encounters. Although, he cannot enter at the time because Shadow Pokémon are not permitted. At this time in the story, Wes only has Umbreon, Espeon, and Shadow Pokémon.
