Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret card in the BREAKthrough expansion, first released in the Japanese Red Flash expansion. The Regular print features artwork by PLANETA, the Full Art print features artwork by Ryo Ueda, and the Secret print features artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. An XY Black Star Promotional print with new artwork by 5ban Graphics was released in the Triple Power Tins. In Japan, this print was included in the M Mewtwo-EX Special Jumbo Card Pack: Red Flash/Rage of the Broken Heavens Ver.
During the Sun & Moon Era, the BREAKthrough Regular print was reprinted in the Japanese The Best of XY subset. The BREAKthrough Regular print was also included in the Battle Origins Tins released in May 2017.
