In the anime
Yellow Nectar appeared in A Seasoned Search!. It was one of the ingredients that Mallow needed to prepare a dish at her family's restaurant, so she and Ash set out to find some. To find it, they followed a Baile Style Oricorio to a hidden meadow, where they saw it sip Yellow Nectar from a flower and change into Pom-Pom Style Oricorio.
