Plot
Haruka is excited to go to the river and her Torchic is wondering why. With a fishing rod on her hand, she reveals that she is going to fish for a Pokémon called Feebas. She also explains that if a Feebas is given Pokéblocks that increase its Beauty, it transforms into Milotic, which is considered the most beautiful Pokémon of all.
