Bailey

Bailey (Japanese: ヒカル Hikaru) is a character of the day who appeared in Flower Power. She travels around in her van, where she trains Pokémon to dance and perform various acrobatic moves to put on shows, similar to a Pokémon Coordinator.

Ash and his friends met Bailey at the Florando Pokémon Exhibition. She later helped teach Pikachu several dance-like dodging techniques to assist in his upcoming battles. One of her Bellossom lacked the confidence to do a complex flip move until a fight with Team Rocket inspired it to finally execute it perfectly.

Bailey has two Bellossom named Belle (Japanese: レイ Rei) and Bella (Japanese: ハナ Hana) who she uses to perform acrobatic dances. They first appeared training with Bailey in preparation for the upcoming Florando Pokémon Exhibition, attracting a huge audience including Ash and his friends. Bailey told them to do a "Bell-oop-de-loop", but something went wrong and Bella came crashing down on Ash. It was then revealed that the Bellossom used to be able to perform the trick, but Bella was in a bit of a slump and couldn't quite get the hang of the "Bell-oop-de-loop", making it sad. Then, in a battle with Team Rocket, they were able to perform their moves to dodge Arbok and Victreebel and put them to sleep with Sleep Powder. Later, they helped teach Pikachu and Togepi dance moves. It was then revealed that Belle and Bella used to battle, but preferred to dance.

Later, they were captured along with other performer's Pokémon by Team Rocket, but Pikachu was able to get them back down to the ground. After Belle and Bella were free, they performed a successful "Bell-oop-de-loop" and sent Team Rocket blasting off with 'Tornado Twister'. At the Pokémon Exhibition, Belle and Bella performed another successful "Bell-oop-de-loop" and got a standing ovation.

Belle and Bella's only known move is Sleep Powder.
