Take Heart (Japanese: ブレイブチャージ Brave Charge) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It is the signature move of Phione and one of the signature moves of Manaphy.

Take Heart cures the user of all status conditions and raises its offensive and defensive stats for four turns.
