Overpower (Japanese: 相手特攻↓分威力上昇 Power Boost Proportional to Opponent's Lowered Special Attack) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The user's moves are powered up the lower the target's Sp. Atk. For each decrease in Sp. Atk, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Overpower does not affect sync moves or max moves.
