Ikue Otani (Japanese: 大谷育江 Ōtani Ikue; also credited as Ikue Ōtani, Ikue Ootani, and Ikue Ohtani) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon games and anime.

Otani was born on August 18, 1965 in Tokyo, Japan, but grew up in the Niigata Prefecture. She became a voice actress as an adult and eventually joined the Pokémon anime, where she voiced characters such as Ash's Pikachu and Captain Pikachu, as well as many Pokémon and characters of the day.
