Which Pokemon can you catch by fishing there? Thanos6 12:54, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
:Since you can only fish there in Generation I, L5 Magikarp by Old Rod at 100%, L10 Poliwag and L10 Goldeen by Good Rod at 50% each. The Super Rod yields nothing.
:All this is probably because, in Generation I, Super Rod Pokémon are programmed by area while Old and Good Rod Pokémon are universal to all water. It's also why you can't get anything with the Super Rod in the Cerulean Gym in Generation I (although unlike the Elite Four chamber, you could fish in Cerulean Gym in and even get the Super Rod to have an effect there in those games; it wasn't until Crystal that fishing in the Cerulean Gym was made to yield nothing regardless of rod). --Shiningpikablu252 13:21, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
::I havn't played red in a while, but have you tested this. In the Cerulean Gym, wild Pokémon can be found using the Old Rod and Good Rod in all Gen I games, but the Super Rod only works in Yellow. Items?
This article clearly isn't finished yet there is not "the article is a stub and needs expanding" mark on it. It is missing whgat items are sold here. I can't remember what items are there but i swear in Gen I they sold max revives here and i don't think they do in Gen III. Someone with better page skills should look into this... -- D558 16:34, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
- I just got here in FireRed, and can put the information up by the end of the day. We'll still need Gen I and II though. — THE TROM — 21:14, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Real world correlation
Other pages talk about the relationship between Kanto in the Pokemon world and the Kanto region in Japan, but I have not seen anyone else comment on this point: given the relationships between the areas, I believe the Indigo Plateau would roughly correspond to Mt. Fuji. - unsigned comment from Legionaireb (talk • contribs)
- Mt. Fuji is Mt. Silver. Also, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). 梅子❄❅ 16:51, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
