Continue from the last PS374 Platinum find her father and professor Rowan locked in a cage.Diamond and Pearl realized that they had met these people before and Pearl think about telling the truth to Platinum.After that Platinum fight in rage knock down two of Byron's pokemon.Byron finally understand what is going on after he knew that Platinum is daughter of man locked in a cage and he saw badges of Platinum.He realized that he was one that was wrong.He apologize and introduce himself as a gym leader.He then explain Platinum why her father was locked in the cage.After a few conversation all of the truth about Diamond and Platinum has been reveal.At the end of episode Platinum feel shocked and run away.

{{adv|Platinum}} finds [[Mr. Berlitz|her father]] and [[Professor Rowan]] locked in a cube in the [[Canalave Gym]]. {{adv|Diamond}} and {{adv|Pearl}} realize that they have met these people before and Pearl thinks about telling the truth to Platinum. Platinum immediately deems the man wearing the cape, who had challenged the trio earlier, as the one responsible, and has her {{TP|Platinum|Ponyta}} use {{m|Flamethrower}} to knock out his two {{p|Bronzong}}. The man finally understands what is going on after he realizes that Platinum is the daughter of one of the two men locked in the cube. He apologizes and introduces himself as [[Byron]], the [[Gym Leader]] of [[Canalave City]]. He then explains to Platinum how her father was locked up. It turns out that Byron had overheard Mr. Berlitz's conversation with a [[Advanced level Grunt|shady character]] earlier on, and confronted him, but the shady character remained unfazed. Immediately afterwards, Professor Rowan had finally found his assistant and demanded to know what had taken him so long just to get material from the library. Annoyed by more and more people getting in his way, the shady character threw out an item which expanded into a giant cube that trapped Professor Rowan and Mr. Berlitz in, before flying away on his {{p|Staraptor}}.

Platinum stops Pearl at this point. After expressing her relief that her father is safe, Platinum says she is unable to comprehend what she just heard, and how the truth had eluded her up until this point, having been hidden by the very people she had chosen to trust. Brash Bronzong II (Japanese: VS ドータクンII VS Bronzong II), titled VS Bronzong II in the Chuang Yi translation, is the 375th chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga, and the 38th chapter of the Diamond & Pearl arc.

It is subtitled Truth and Deception (Japanese: 真実と偽り Truth and Lies) in the VIZ Media translation and Truth and Deception in the Chuang Yi translation.

Platinum finds her father and Professor Rowan locked in a cube in the Canalave Gym. Diamond and Pearl realize that they have met these people before and Pearl thinks about telling the truth to Platinum. Platinum immediately deems the man wearing the cape, who had challenged the trio earlier, as the one responsible, and has her Ponyta use Flamethrower to knock out his two Bronzong. The man finally understands what is going on after he realizes that Platinum is the daughter of one of the two men locked in the cube. He apologizes and introduces himself as Byron, the Gym Leader of Canalave City. He then explains to Platinum how her father was locked up. It turns out that Byron had overheard Mr. Berlitz's conversation with a shady character earlier on, and confronted him, but the shady character remained unfazed. Immediately afterwards, Professor Rowan had finally found his assistant and demanded to know what had taken him so long just to get material from the library.
