Emerging from Fuchsia's eastern gate, you'll notice a group of schoolchildren around, so why not teach them a thing or two about battling?  After beating the kids, you can cut your way through the overgrown tree to reach the northern ledge, where you'll find a Vitamin.
15 is a hilly path that leads east from Fuchsia City to 14.

Continue northeast en route to Lavender Town.

Route 14
14 is a pleasant coastal road where the salty breeze blows in from the sea. The path runs north to 13.

Route 14
{| class="expandable" align="center" style="background: #; roundy; border: 5px solid #;"

14 is about the same as the previous route, though there are more Bikers and Bird Keepers here.  The western part of the route leads to the only patch of tall grass nearby, where more of the relocated Safari Zone Pokémon can be found.  Another point of interest is the woman wandering around in the tall grass.  It seems that she is hunting for a Chansey, and if you happen to have one that you're willing to part with, she would be happy to trade you her Aerodactyl.  A decent trade, since this is the only Aerodactyl you'll find in the region.

Continue north into the maze on 13.

Time for a Trade
Use Cut to reach the tall grass patch and find a girl who would like to trade Pokémon. She is willing to part with her Aerodactyl in exchange for a Chansey. Chansey can be found on Routes 13, 14, and 15.

13 is a maze of fences all around.  Fight your way past the Trainers, and you'll be able to hunt for more former-Safari Zone Pokémon in the lone patch of grass.

Follow the bridge north to 12.
13 is a difficult, narrow path that leads eastward toward 12. Many Trainers can be found among the maze of fences.

Not long after setting foot on 12, you'll see an Cut on the shoreline - hack it down to get a Nugget. <br> Not far to the north is another tree, this one blocks you from a Vitamin.

Step inside the lone house to find the Fishing Guru's younger brother.  Agree with his assumption that you like fishing, and he'll give you the Fishing. <br> Finally, you can catch more than Magikarp and Tentacool!

Beyond obtaining the Super Rod, 12 is pretty quiet. <br>
