Hello! This is Pokequesthero. Apparently, this username can be broken up into three parts: ''poke'', which means related to Pokémon; ''quest'', which means I'm on a Pokémon journey; and ''hero'', which means I'm a protagonist. I love Pokémon from the latest Black and White video games; my favorites are Oshawott and Reshiram. Despite that Pikachu isn't commonly found in Black and White, it is my #1 favorite Pokémon of the entire National Pokédex. I have two books called ''How to Draw Unova Heroes'' and ''Pokémon Black and White Versions Handbook''.

I don't really like the official anime that much, but I love the opening theme songs. I sing at least one every day, and my favorite is the ninth one, called "Battle Frontier". I also like songs that are not theme songs, such as "Viridian City". Pokémon music is just as awesome as Pokémon drawing. I am currently working on a Pokémon comic book (drawn manga-style, read left to right), about a final epic Pokémon League Battle against my rival. The how-to-draw book and handbook I have helps me, as well as an art set, a pack of colored pencils, and a machanical pencil.

I just already read the new manga adaption to ''White: Victini and Zekrom'', and it was good. After all, I'd rather watch movies than episodes because of how epic they are.

My name is Pokequesthero, and I am a fan of Pokémon. A favorite Pokémon of mine is Victini. I wonder why they don't say Gotta Catch 'Em All! anymore, because you still have to do it to complete the Pokédex, and I like that motto. Some of the anime opening theme songs sound really epic to me; my favorites are Battle Frontier, Pokémon Johto, Battle Cry - (Stand Up!), and Black and White. Some other songs I like are Can't Stop (Catchin' 'Em All), Kanto Pokérap, Together Forever, and Viridian City.

I'm a girl and live in the US. I started to become a fan of Pokémon when I was eleven, and I still like it now. I'm not totally obsessed with it, but I can't keep my hands off whatever is Pokémon-related. The rest of the page tells more about my PokéLife.

Anime

I think the Pokémon anime is okay; watching it was how I first learned about some basic Pokémon stuff. I watched episodes on pokemon.com before realizing I could check out the three Indigo League boxed sets and the Orange Islands episodes from the library. After watching those episodes, I became obsessed with the Kanto region.

What I don't like about the anime is that Ash Ketchum, the main character, is so rash and acts like a little kid. His voice, along with Misty's and some other characters, is kind of high-pitched. I always wonder where the Team Rocket trio always blasts off. Brock flirts with every pretty woman he meets.

Plus, it took me a long time to realize that no one ever ages or gets older. When I watched The Battle of the Badge, Ash said that a whole year had passed since he last been to Viridian City. That made me want to think he is eleven years old. Then, I watched In the Shadow of Zekrom on pokemon.com and the narrator said he is STILL ten, and that made me all confused. This is a reason how I dislike the anime; "timeless" is how I put it.

The movies are good; I like how they are about Legendary Pokémon. My favorites are the Diamond and Pearl trilogy. I am looking forward to watching the newest Black and White one, the one about Victini, Reshiram, and Zekrom. I just already read the new manga adaption to White: Victini and Zekrom, and it was good. After all, I'd rather watch movies than episodes because of how epic they are.

Manga

One time, when I was at the library, I went to the shelf where the Pokémon books are. I saw the first volume of Pokémon Adventures, so checked it out without reading the blurb. It took me a few seconds to realize that it's read right to left. I looked at the adventure route map in the back and realized at least one Pokémon is battled with in each round.
