Dolan (Japanese: ダズ Daz) is a character of the day who appeared in To Catch a Pokémon Smuggler!. He is a Pokémon smuggler who specializes in capturing and selling Vivillon to the highest bidder.
Dolan drove by with his Diggersby, on the run from Officer Jenny and her Manectric, with a stolen Scatterbug that he was planning to sell. However, while swerving, the cage accidentally fell down and Dolan drove off since he was still being chased. Later, Ash and his friends searched for Dolan with the help of Officer Jenny.
