A Mirage Forest (Japanese: マボロシ森 Phantom Forest) is a location in Hoenn located on an island in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It is only accessible by soaring on Latias or Latios. A Mirage Forest can appear daily, or it may not appear, being replaced with a Mirage Island, Mirage Cave, or Mirage Mountain. More Mirage Spots can appear via StreetPass.

In the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Special Demo Version, two of the Mirage Forests can also be visited during play. The forest by 109 can be randomly visited whenever the player's mission is to find a lost person, find an inhabitant of an island, or train a group of Trainers (during adventures 2-4, 6-9, 11-14, etc.), while the forest by 111 is where the special Valuable item mission takes place.
If a Mirage Forest is received via StreetPass, it will not have a hidden item.

Pokémon world locations

A Mirage Forest (Japanese: マボロシ Phantom Forest) is a location in Hoenn located on an island in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It is only accessible by soaring on LatiasAS or LatiosOR. A Mirage Forest can appear daily, or it may not appear, being replaced with a Mirage Island, Mirage Cave, or Mirage Mountain. More Mirage spots can appear via StreetPass.

If a Mirage Forest is received via StreetPass, it will not have a hidden item.

In the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Special Demo Version, two of the Mirage Forests can also be visited during play.

Mirage Forests

Each Mirage Forest contains one item that can only be obtained once, as well as one of three possible items (Tiny Mushroom, Big Mushroom, or Razor Claw) that will be present whenever it appears as the daily Mirage spot; the unique item is listed below. Additionally, some Mirage Forests include breakable rocks, which the player can destroy with Rock Smash to encounter wild Pokémon or obtain fossils.
