Suicune appeared as a beam of light in Slugging It Out With Slugma. It wasn't officially seen until Querulous Qwilfish, where it cured the baby Qwilfish Crystal had rescued and cleansed the sea water. After this event Crystal set her goal on capturing it.
Suicune first appeared alongside Entei and Raikou in Slugging It Out With Slugma, where they were seen exiting the Burned Tower as beams of light. Suicune officially debuted in Querulous Qwilfish, where it appeared in Olivine City after a construction team's septic tank burst, causing waste to spill into the sea and injure the Pokémon that lived there. When Crystal attempted to help a Qwilfish that was made sick by the waste, Suicune appeared and used its powers to clean the sea and heal the Qwilfish before leaving. Enamored by Suicune and its power, Crystal set out to try and capture it in her quest to complete the Pokédex.

In Debonaire Dragonair, Suicune began its quest to find an appropriate Gym Leader to be its Trainer for the upcoming fight with the Masked Man. It started in Blackthorn City, battling against Clair. Suicune first jumps onto her Clair's head. Dragonair blocks Suicune's attack with its tail, but one of the crystal balls on its tail shatters. Suicune then jumps behind Clair and creates a mist. Clair, seeing a silhouette, has Dragonair use Dragon Breath on it, but Suicune jumps out of the way. She then throws a Great Ball at it, but the Great Ball bounces off. Clair then notices her mistake of attacking the reflection and turns around to sees Suicune, who promptly uses Bubble Beam, defeating Clair.
In Debonaire Dragonair, Suicune began its quest to find an appropriate person worthy enough to be its Trainer in order to combat against the Masked Man. In its search, Suicune battled Clair, Chuck, and Morty, three of the Johto region's Gym Leaders.

In Scrappy Skarmory, Suicune battles against Chuck and his friend Walker. Suicune used its ability to freeze the water vapor into ice crystals and spread it around with Gust to keep the two on edge. Chuck's Poliwrath manages to get in close enough and use Strength, allowing Walker's Skarmory to attack with Swift. Although Suicune was hit, it appeared unhurt, and left after deeming them unworthy. In Misdreavus Misgivings, Suicune battled against Morty. Morty wasted no time in attacking with his Gastly's Thunderbolt to Paralysis Suicune and slow it down, but is defeated when Suicune uses Mirror Coat to reflect it back, allowing it to flee.
In Suddenly Suicune (Part 1), after much searching, Crystal managed to track Suicune to the Tin Tower. In order to capture it, Crystal sends out her entire team to battle against Suicune. Despite her best efforts, Suicune's strength and its ability to create a powerful barrier leads to Crystal's defeat. Crystal later realized that Suicune went to the Tin Tower in order to meet with Tower duo (Adventures), but their battle prevented that meeting from occurring. Disappointed in herself for failing to understand Suicune's motives, Crystal is reduced to tears and asks Suicune to forgive her. Unbeknownst to Crystal, Suicune finds one of the earrings that Crystal lost during their battle and picks it up before leaving.

In Suddenly Suicune I, Suicune is chased after by Crystal to the Tin Tower in an attempt to be captured. Crystal sends out all of her Pokémon and has Cubone uses Bonemerang, which is dodged by Suicune. The Bonemerang then reverses direction but it is dodged again. While distracted Parasect uses Spore and Suicune uses Gust to blow away the spores, but is still hit. Suicune jumps off the tower towards a pond, but Monlee jumps and falls past Suicune, using Mega Punch on the ground, which fractures, throwing Suicune into the air and battering it with boulders. Crystal then kicks a Heavy Ball at Suicune, hitting it. Suicune manages to break out of the ball and flees into the Tin Tower, creating a crystal wall that allows it to escape.
Suicune then continues its search for a Trainer, which leads it to Bugsy and Janine, who each face Suicune in battle but are ultimately defeated. In Really Raikou & Entirely Entei (Part 2), Suicune assists Raikou and Entei in their battle against Falkner. Despite the battle being three-on-one, Falkner proves to be a powerful opponent. By using special boomerang Poké Balls created from the clear shed feathers of his Skarmory, Falkner surrounds Suicune with Poké Balls, preventing it from escaping capture. Suicune is saved at the last second by Raikou and Entei, who use their attacks to destroy all the Poké Balls at once. Due to having one of its wings broken during the battle, Falkner's Skarmory is left unable to fly and begins plummeting to the ground with its Trainer before being saved by one of Suicune's bubbles. Afterward, Suicune communicates to Raikou and Entei that it was unable to meet with Ho-Oh before the three go their separate ways.

In Hurray for Heracross, Suicune battles against Bugsy. He sends out his two Metapod and Kakuna, and Heracross rams into Suicune, but is thrown upward. The Metapod and Kakuna all use String Shot and some sticky material comes out of Bugsy's net. He reveals that it is a Capture Net, which uses the same material as Poké Balls. Suicune starts to be pulled into a Poké Ball, but breaks the net with an Aurora Beam and flees. In Crossing Crobat, Suicune battles Jasmine. Jasmine starts by commanding her Crobat to use Leech Life. However, it is countered by Suicune's Aurora Beam just as Crobat is about to attack. Janine then commands Crobat to use Double Team, with her plan being that Suicune will not be able to determine which image of Crobat is the real one. Crobat uses Wing Attack, and to Janine's surprise Suicune is able to hit Crobat with another Aurora Beam. Suicune points out with its paw that her shadow is darker than the others because of the moonlight, allowing it to find the real one. The two then decide to give up the fight.
It was later revealed that Suicune, Raikou, and Entei were found at the Burned Tower by Yellow, who inadvertently freed from the prison that the Masked Man had trapped them inside.

In Really Raikou & Entirely Entei II, Suicune shows up and joins the battle against Falkner alongside Raikou and Entei. Suicune appears behind Falkner, getting the attention of Raikou and Entei, while preparing for an attack. As Falkner throws the Poké Balls at Raikou and Entei, he senses Suicune who dashes in and uses Bubble Beam to catch the Poké Balls. Falkner then orders Skarmory to use Steel Wing on Suicune, which manages to hit it, but one of its feathers breaks in the process. Falkner then throws multiple Poké Balls, all missing. However, the balls are set up like boomerangs and come flying back. As Suicune watches as the Poké Balls fly around, it notices one coming towards it, however Raikou and Entei quickly destroy all the Poké Balls and joins Suicune on top of a rock. As Falkner watches this, Skarmory begins to fall as it lost its balance due to one of its feather having had taken damage from earlier. As they are falling, they become surrounded by a giant bubble, incapacitating him. Suicune, Raikou, and Entei leave and then have a discussion with Suicune telling them it did not find Ho-Oh at the Tin Tower. Afterwards, they leave in different directions.
With Misty
In Lovely Lanturn, Suicune's search for a Trainer takes to Tohjo Falls, where it encounters Misty. After battling against her, Suicune deems Misty worthy enough to be its Trainer and has her Misty convey its thoughts to her. After learning of Suicune's war against the Masked Man, Misty agreed to team up with Suicune and captured it.

In Hello, Lickitung, it was revealed by Yellow that she was the one who freed Suicune and its fellow beasts. In Buzz Off, Butterfree!, it reveals how they were stuck in the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City, where Yellow had been pulled into their trap and was able to free them. It is also revealed how the three came to be, where all three had perished in the fire 150 years prior, but were resurrected in the forms they are in now by Ho-Oh. Which is revealed that the three raced around Kanto and Johto looking for Trainers to help them defeat the Masked Man to free Ho-Oh.
In The Last Battle IV, Suicune and Misty team up with Raikou and Entei, who teamed up with Lt. Surge and Blaine, respectively, to fight against the Masked Man. The combined efforts of the Gym Leaders and their Pokémon allows them to defeat the Masked Man by trapping him inside of Suicune's Crystal Wall. Confident in their victory, Lt. Surge decides to uncover the Masked Man's true identity by removing his mask. The Masked Man manages to break out of the Crystal Wall and has his Gastly use Curse on Suicune, leaving it too weak to fight. The Masked Man then defeats the others and escapes and leaves Misty trapped inside the Crystal Wall to suffocate due to Suicune being too weak to turn it off.

With Misty
In Lovely Lanturn, Suicune battles against Misty. The two have a quick but heated battle that ends with the two falling down the Tohjo Falls waterfall. Suicune then uses Misty's Starmie psychic abilities to convey its thoughts to Misty, saying it wanted to join her for the upcoming fight due to her experience with water types and her caring nature, thus letting itself join Misty's team.

In The Last Battle IV, Suicune joins Raikou and Entei to fight the Masked Man and his Ho-Oh and Lugia. Despite putting up a good fight a crystal wall is put up due to Suicune falling sick, preventing them from continuing the fight. In The Last Battle XII, Crystal takes the three to Ilex Forest to continue the fight. It later joins Crystal to help in the final assault against the Masked Man, before returning to the wild.
The group is saved by Eusine, who uses the Clear Bell to enter the Crystal Wall and free Suicune and Misty. Suicune, despite the effects of Gastly's Curse, still chooses to chase after the Masked Man. Due to the Gym Leaders being injured from the battle, Suicune decides to partner with Crystal instead. In The Last Battle XII, Crystal, Suicune, Entei, and Raikou travel to the Ilex Forest, where they are joined by the other Pokédex holders to fight the final battle against the Masked Man. After the Masked Man is defeated, Suicune, Raikou, and Entei return to the wild.

As a wild Pokémon
Raikou appeared as a beam of light in Slugging It Out With Slugma. Its first real appearance was in Really Raikou & Entirely Entei I, where it along with Entei tests Falkner. Falkner decides to use Swift with his Skarmory, but it is quickly evaded by the two Legendary Beasts. Raikou uses Spark and Entei uses Fire Blast, scoring a direct hit. Falkner quickly comes up with a cunning strategy of using Agility just as Raikou and Entei use an attack, which causes their attacks to hit each other as Falkner escapes. Suicune then shows up and joins the battle.
Raikou first appeared alongside Entei and Suicune in Slugging It Out With Slugma, where they were seen exiting the Burned Tower as beams of light.

Raikou officially debuted in Really Raikou & Entirely Entei (Part 1), where it and Entei challenged Falkner to a battle in order to test his worth as a Trainer. Falkner attempted to fight the two in the skies while riding on his Skarmory, but their speed and power preventing any of Skarmory's attacks from hitting. By using Agility to dodge their attacks at the last second, Falkner tricked Raikou and Entei into hitting each other, leaving them distracted long enough to attempt a capture.

Raikou and Entei are saved at the last second by Suicune, who traps Falkner's Great Balls in bubbles. Despite facing three Legendary Pokémon at once, Falkner refuses to give up and begins throwing multiple Great Balls into the air. Falkner reveals that the Great Balls are equipped with the shed feathers of his Skarmory, making them act as boomerangs. The Great Balls begin heading down towards Suicune, surrounding it and preventing escape. Afterward, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune communicate to each other about Suicune's failed attempt to meet with Tower duo (Adventures) at the Tin Tower before the three go their separate ways.

In Hello, Lickitung, it was revealed by Yellow that she was the one who freed Raikou and its fellow beasts.
It was later revealed that Raikou, Suicune, and Entei were found at the Burned Tower by Yellow, who inadvertently freed from the prison that the Masked Man had trapped them inside.

With Lt. Surge
With Lt. Surge
In The Last Battle IV, Raikou is revealed to have joined Lt. Surge. Raikou later joins Suicune and Entei to fight the Masked Man and his Ho-Oh and Lugia. Despite putting up a good fight a crystal wall is put up due to Suicune falling sick, preventing them from continuing the fight. In The Last Battle XII, Crystal takes the three to Ilex Forest to continue the fight. It later joins Gold to help in the final assault against the Masked Man, before returning to the wild.
In The Last Battle III, Raikou is revealed to have joined Lt. Surge. After the Magnet Train is sabotaged by Team Rocket, Surge uses Raikou's immense electrical power to prevent it from crashing and return to the Indigo Plateau.

With all three Legendary Pokémon now partnered with a Trainer, the three Gym Leaders each head off to battle against the Masked Man.

Emerald
The group is saved by Eusine, who uses the Clear Bell to enter the Crystal Wall and free Suicune and Misty. Suicune, despite the effects of Gastly's Curse, still chooses to chase after the Masked Man. Due to the Gym Leaders being injured from the battle, the beasts decide to partner with Crystal instead. In The Last Battle XII, Crystal, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune travel to the Ilex Forest, where they are joined by the other Pokédex holders to fight the final battle against the Masked Man. Raikou is passed to Gold as the three Johto Dex holders enter the crack in time.
Prior to Never Spritz a Knotty Sudowoodo, Salon Maiden was shown to have captured Raikou.

In Skirting Around Surskit II, Raikou was used to fight against Guile Hideout. Raikou puts a lot of pressure on Guile but is stopped when his Surskit traps them with its sticky thread.
During his battle against the Masked Man, Gold's Pibu uses electricity it absorbed from Raikou to use Volt Tackle. The attack destroys the GS Ball the Masked Man used to capture Celebi, freeing it from his control and defeating him once and for all. With the Masked Man defeated, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune return to the wild.

Raikou later appeared with Anabel, stopping the admins of Neo Team Aqua and Neo Team Magma, where it pinned Shelly. Later it, Anabel and the other Frontier Brains come to assist in stopping the meteoroid.
With Anabel
In Never Spritz a Knotty Sudowoodo, Scott reveals that Anabel traveled to Johto and managed to capture it for use in the Battle Tower.

In Skirting Around Surskit II, Raikou was used to fight against Guile Hideout at the Artisan Cave in order to prevent him from capturing Jirachi. With its control over electricity, Raikou traps Guile in an electrical jail cell, preventing him from escaping, allowing Emerald to capture Jirachi with no interruptions. Guile prevents Jirachi from being captured with his Surskit's Psybeam and uses his sword to break through the jail cell. Anabel attempts to stop Guile, only to realize the floor had become sticky from Surskit secretly releasing syrup onto the ground. Afterward, Jirachi escapes, forcing Guile to run away as well.

In Facing Gulpin Is Hard to Swallow, a mind-controlled Anabel used Raikou to battle against Emerald at the Battle Tower. Although Emerald is unable to defeat Raikou in battle, Anabel eventually passes out from the strain of the mind control.

In Epilogue, after the defeat of Guile Hideout, Raikou was seen reuniting with Gold and Pibu, who were also a part of the final battle against Guile.

HeartGold & SoulSilver
Raikou appears in a flashback in With a Little Help From Hitmonchan, where Crystal recalls her encounter with the Thunder Pokémon.

Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
In PS612, the Hoenn Frontier Brains teamed up to stop the admins of Neo Team Aqua and Neo Team Magma. Raikou was used to pin Shelly to the ground, preventing her from escaping.

Later, it, Anabel, and the other Frontier Brains assist in stopping Grand Meteor Delta, a giant meteoroid threatening to destroy the planet. When the plan to attack Grand Meteor Delta starts, Anabel and the others have their Pokémon attack the meteoroid at the same time. This, combined with the might of Mega Super-ancient Pokémon (Adventures), successfully shatters Grand Meteor Delta into pieces.

Personality and characteristics
Personality and characteristics
Like its fellow beasts, Raikou is loyal and holds Ho-Oh in high regards, wishing to save it from The Masked Man's control. It is also thankful to Yellow for freeing them from their trap. Raikou is also cooperative with the other beasts, having stopped the Poké Balls with Entei from reaching Suicune during their battle against Falkner. Like the other beasts, Raikou possess sentient intelligence, despite this, it obeyed Anabel's commands to battle Emerald without question while she was under psychic control of Guile Hideout. It also gained a liking for Anabel once it was captured. After he is defeated and the Battle Frontier is saved, Raikou is seen interacting with Gold and Crystal.
Like its fellow beasts, Raikou is loyal to Tower duo (Adventures), who revived them after their deaths at the Burned Tower. Together, the three work together to free it from the control of the Masked Man, who managed to capture it.

Raikou is more powerful than any other Electric-type Pokémon because billowing thunder clouds follow it everywhere carried on its back, allowing it to perform powerful attacks, such as Thunder, more quickly and efficiently than regular Electric Pokémon. Raikou is able to communicate with Suicune and Entei telepathically. Much like the other beasts, Raikou is able to jump at great distances and height and at times fly. Raikou can also transform into a Lightning bolt while roaming, as well as forming a storm cloud, allowing it to hover while in the air. All three can also appear as a beam of light while flying.  The three of them have also been remarked on their fast speed.
Raikou possesses a powerful control over electricity, and the weaker an Electric-type move is, the easier it is for Raikou to manipulate. The clouds on Raikou's back can be turned into actual thunderclouds, allowing it shoot down lighting on to the opponent as well as hover through the air. Due to carrying thunderclouds on its back, Raikou is able to use the move Thunder wherever it wants, whereas other Pokémon are limited to using the move outdoors.

As a wild Pokémon
As a wild Pokémon
Entei appeared as a beam of light in Slugging It Out With Slugma. Its first real appearance was in Really Raikou & Entirely Entei I, where it along with Raikou tests Falkner. Falkner decides to use Swift with his Skarmory, but it is quickly evaded by the two Legendary Beasts. Raikou uses Spark and Entei uses Fire Blast, scoring a direct hit. Falkner quickly comes up with a cunning strategy of using Agility just as Entei and Raikou use an attack, which causes their attacks to hit each other as Falkner escapes. Suicune then shows up and joins the battle.
Entei first appeared alongside Raikou and Suicune in Slugging It Out With Slugma, where they were seen exiting the Burned Tower as beams of light.

Entei officially debuted in Really Raikou & Entirely Entei (Part 1), where it and Raikou challenged Falkner to a battle in order to test his worth as a Trainer. Falkner attempted to fight the two in the skies while riding on his Skarmory, but their speed and power preventing any of Skarmory's attacks from hitting. By using Agility to dodge their attacks at the last second, Falkner tricked Entei and Raikou into hitting each other, leaving them distracted long enough to attempt a capture.

Entei was later shown to have saved Silver and Gold's lives in Really Remoraid, after their defeat against the Masked Man in the Lake of Rage. It brought them to one of the Whirl Islands to heal them with its flames and later left prior to Silver awakening.
Entei and Raikou are saved at the last second by Suicune, who traps Falkner's Great Balls in bubbles. Suicune is saved at the last second by Entei and Raikou, who use their attacks to destroy all the Poké Balls at once. Due to having one of its wings broken during the battle, Falkner's Skarmory is left unable to fly and begins plummeting to the ground with its Trainer before being saved by one of Suicune's bubbles. Afterward, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune communicate to each other about Suicune's failed attempt to meet with Tower duo (Adventures) at the Tin Tower before the three go their separate ways.

In Hello, Lickitung, it was revealed by Yellow that she was the one who freed Entei and its fellow beasts.
It was later revealed that Entei, Suicune, and Raikou were found at the Burned Tower by Yellow, who inadvertently freed from the prison that the Masked Man had trapped them inside.

In Sandslash Surprise, it is revealed that Entei rescued Gold and Silver from drowning after their defeat at the hands of the Masked Man. Entei took the two to one of the Whirl Islands, where it used its Flames of Life to keep them warm as they recuperated.

With Blaine
With Blaine
In Entranced by Entei, Entei battles against Blue and Silver's two Gyarados. The two attack with powerful dragon attacks, but Entei shrugs it off and flees. It later finds Blaine, who offers a deal to Entei. If it can cure his illness he will take Entei with him into the upcoming fight. Entei agrees to this deal, joining him and healing his arm.
In Playful Porygon2, Entei appears at the Indigo Plateau, where it fought against Silver and Blue due to the intense heat caused by its presence leading the two towards it. The two Trainers attacked Entei with their Gyarados, forcing it to retaliate with its flames, distracting them long enough for it to escape. Silver, recognizing the flames, realized that Entei was the one who saved him and Gold earlier and comes to the conclusion that they are on the same side. Silver attempts to call out to Entei and requests that they fight together to put an end to the Masked Man, but was too late, as Entei had already chosen Blaine to be its Trainer.

Blaine agrees to help Entei, but reveals that due to an earlier experiment with Mewtwo, there are cells in his body that are slowly killing him. Blaine has Entei use its Flames of Life to burn away the cells, saving his life and severing the connection he had with Mewtwo in the process.

In The Last Battle II, Blaine uses Entei to battle Clair in the final exhibition game between the Kanto and Johto Gym Leaders. With Entei's power, Blaine easily defeats Clair, making Kanto the winners of the tournament.

With all three Legendary Pokémon now partnered with a Trainer, the three Gym Leaders each head off to battle against the Masked Man.

In The Last Battle XII, Crystal, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune travel to the Ilex Forest, where they are joined by the other Pokédex holders to fight the final battle against the Masked Man. Entei is passed to Silver as the three Johto Dex holders enter the crack in time.

After the Masked Man is defeated, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune return to the wild.

In The Last Battle IV, Entei joins Raikou and Suicune to fight the Masked Man and his Ho-Oh and Lugia. Despite putting up a good fight a crystal wall is put up due to Suicune falling sick, preventing them from continuing the fight. In The Last Battle XII, Crystal takes the three to Ilex Forest to continue the fight. It later joins Silver to help in the final assault against the Masked Man, before returning to the wild.
HeartGold & SoulSilver
Entei appears in a flashback in With a Little Help From Hitmonchan, where Crystal recalls her encounter with the Volcano Pokémon.

The Legendary beasts are a Legendary trio consisting of Raikou, Entei, and Suicune. 150 years prior to the events of the Gold, Silver & Crystal arc, they were three unnamed Pokémon that perished when the Brass Tower burned down. They were revived by Ho-Oh, who used its powers to bring them back to life, causing the three to turn into their current forms. All three have inherited some form of healing powers from Ho-Oh.[1]

History

Gold, Silver & Crystal arc

As a wild Pokémon
Suicune with Crystal

In Debonaire Dragonair, Suicune began its quest to find an appropriate person worthy enough to be its Trainer in order to combat against the Masked Man. In its search, Suicune battled Clair, Chuck, and Morty, three of the Johto region's Gym Leaders.

Crystal later realized that Suicune went to the Tin Tower in order to meet with Ho-Oh, but their battle prevented that meeting from occurring. Disappointed in herself for failing to understand Suicune's motives, Crystal is reduced to tears and asks Suicune to forgive her. Unbeknownst to Crystal, Suicune finds one of the earrings that Crystal lost during their battle and picks it up before leaving.

It was later revealed that Suicune, Raikou, and Entei were found at the Burned Tower by Yellow, who inadvertently freed from the prison that the Masked Man had trapped them inside.

With Misty
Suicune with Misty

In Lovely Lanturn, Suicune's search for a Trainer takes to Tohjo Falls, where it encounters Misty. After battling against her, Suicune deems Misty worthy enough to be its Trainer and has her Starmie convey its thoughts to her. After learning of Suicune's war against the Masked Man, Misty agreed to team up with Suicune and captured it.

HeartGold & SoulSilver arc

At the end of the ninth chapter, Eusine is seen chasing after Suicune, much to its annoyance.

Personality and characteristics

Like its fellow beasts, Suicune is loyal to Ho-Oh, who revived them after their deaths at the Burned Tower. Together, the three work together to free it from the control of the Masked Man, who managed to capture it. It is very intelligent, using a variety of strategies in its battles against the Johto and Kanto Gym Leaders. It is also compassionate, even towards its opponents, as shown when it saved Falkner from falling to his death after their battle had ended. Suicune is able to purify water by releasing a bright light from its body.

Only Suicune can make the barrier disappear, either manually or due to being too far away from the Crystal Wall. As the Crystal Wall is completely airtight, if Suicune is rendered unconscious, anyone trapped inside will suffocate. Having a Clear Bell allows someone to pass through the Crystal Wall with ease.

History

Gold, Silver & Crystal arc

As a wild Pokémon

Afterward, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune communicate to each other about Suicune's failed attempt to meet with Ho-Oh at the Tin Tower before the three go their separate ways.

It was later revealed that Raikou, Suicune, and Entei were found at the Burned Tower by Yellow, who inadvertently freed from the prison that the Masked Man had trapped them inside.

With Lt. Surge

During his battle against the Masked Man, Gold's Pibu uses electricity it absorbed from Raikou to use Super Rising Thunder. The attack destroys the GS Ball the Masked Man used to capture Celebi, freeing it from his control and defeating him once and for all. With the Masked Man defeated, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune return to the wild.

Emerald arc

With Anabel
Raikou and Anabel

HeartGold & SoulSilver arc

Raikou appears in a flashback in With a Little Help From Hitmonchan, where Crystal recalls her encounter with the Thunder Pokémon.

Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc

In PS612, the Hoenn Frontier Brains teamed up to stop the admins of Neo Team Aqua and Neo Team Magma. Raikou was used to pin Shelly to the ground, preventing her from escaping.

Later, it, Anabel, and the other Frontier Brains assist in stopping Grand Meteor Delta, a giant meteoroid threatening to destroy the planet. When the plan to attack Grand Meteor Delta starts, Anabel and the others have their Pokémon attack the meteoroid at the same time. This, combined with the might of Mega Rayquaza, successfully shatters Grand Meteor Delta into pieces.

Personality and characteristics

Like its fellow beasts, Raikou is loyal to Ho-Oh, who revived them after their deaths at the Burned Tower. Together, the three work together to free it from the control of the Masked Man, who managed to capture it.

With Blaine

In The Last Battle II, Blaine uses Entei to battle Clair in the final exhibition match between the Kanto and Johto Gym Leaders. With Entei's power, Blaine easily defeats Clair, making Kanto the winners of the tournament.

With all three Legendary Pokémon now partnered with a Trainer, the three Gym Leaders each head off to battle against the Masked Man. The combined efforts of the Gym Leaders and their Pokémon allows them to defeat the Masked Man by trapping him inside of Suicune's Crystal Wall. Confident in their victory, Lt.
