Dusty (Japanese: ルイン Luin) is the eighth Colosseum Leader in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Sunset Colosseum. Similar to other Leaders in Battle Revolution, his costume resembles a Pokémon, He seems to be fond of Fighting-type Pokémon. His costume of choice is of a Lucario. His design is based on the Cool Boy Model.

Dusty's costume can be obtained if a player defeats him under the "Level 50 All" Rule.
