After arriving at [[Cerise Laboratory]], [[Chloe]] is greeted by [[Chloe's Yamper|Yamper]] and let's {{DL|Chloe|Eevee}} out of her {{i|Poké Ball}}. She is then greeted by [[Professor Cerise]], who tells her he still has a lot of work to do. That's why Chloe went to read a book in his office. As she was looking for the right book, a book fell out of the bookcase on its own. Fascinated by the pictures of the [[Regional form|regional forms]] of {{p|Ponyta}} and {{p|Rapidash}} in this book, Chloe gets a vision of them. This causes her to ask her father about these Pokémon. He, together with [[Ren]] explain to her, as well as to [[Ash]] and [[Goh]] what these Pokémon are. Surprised that his daughter is interested in these Pokémon and would like to see them, he sends Chloe, Ash, and Goh to the [[Glimwood Tangle]] in the [[Galar]] region.

Chloe followed the Ponyta down a ravine, finding a hurt Rapidash down at the bottom. That's when Chloe realizes these are the same Pokémon from her vision. Ponyta then tries to use {{m|Heal Pulse}} on the hurt Rapidash, showing that it was hurt too badly to be completely healed by Heal Pulse. Chloe then tells Ponyta that they need to give Rapidash dew from the rainbow flowers, growing in the forest, just like she read in the book. Hearing this, Ponyta decides to lead Chloe and Eevee to the location of these flowers. Meanwhile, as it started raining, Ash and Goh keep looking for Chloe, but can't seem to reach her, finding [[Ballonlea]] along the way and going there to protect them from the rain and look for Chloe. They are then confronted by [[Opal]] who starts asking them questions and forces them to wear pink clothing articles for giving her the wrong answers.  
Chloe follows the Ponyta down into a ravine, finding a Rapidash down at the bottom. Ponyta attempts to use {{m|Heal Pulse}} to heal Rapidash's injured leg, but the injury is too severe for it to fix. Chloe speculates that Rapidash may have been injured while falling into the ravine. Picking up the book she had brought with her, she recalls a flower whose dew has healing properties. As Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta set out to find the flower, Ash and Goh notice lights in the distance and arrive in the town of [[Ballonlea]], taking shelter from [[rain]] underneath a giant mushroom. They're approached by [[Opal]], who challenges them to a series of quizzes when they try to ask her if she's seen Chloe. As they keep getting the answers wrong, Opal has them wear pink clothes.


As the rain stopped, Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta kept looking for the flowers, but Eevee and Chloe were hurt along the way climbing a rock wall, causing them to take a break. Chloe gave Eevee and Ponyta water, after which Ponyta uses Heal Pulse to heal Eevee's wounds. Eevee then uses {{m|Copycat}} to do the same to Chloe's wounds. They then move on. Having finally found the flowers they were looking for, Chloe was confronted by a group of {{p|Impidimp}} who stole her flask and backpack. Eevee tried to fight them but was quickly defeated, causing Chloe to run after the Impidimp, falling into a trap they made, along the way. As Chloe pleaded to the Impidimp to let them go, they spat the water from Chloe's flask onto Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta, before sticking their tongues out at Eevee who imitated them. The Impidimp then climbed into a nearby tree, in order to throw berries at Eevee, who then again did the same, causing a battle between the Impidimp and Eevee.  
Meanwhile, Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta move on as soon as the rain clears. Eevee falls down while trying to climb a cliff, but quickly gets back to climbing. At the top, Ponyta uses Heal Pulse to heal Eevee's bruise, and Eevee uses {{m|Copycat}} to use Heal Pulse on Chloe's scraped arm. Soon, they spot the flowers, but are then jumped at by a trio of {{p|Impidimp}}, who steal Chloe's [[Bag|backpack]]. She tries to get it back, but they simply run away and taunt her, until Eevee starts mimicking their expressions, and they start throwing [[Bluk Berry|Bluk Berries]] from a nearby tree at them. Chloe realizes that the Impidimp just wanted to have fun, and she and Ponyta join Eevee in throwing Berries at the Impidimp.


Seeing this, Chloe realized the Impidimp just wanted someone to play with them and decided to shake the tree they were in, causing the Impidimp, Eevee, and a bunch of berries to fall out of the tree, with everyone starting to throw berries at each other. After everybody washed off the berries from their faces, the Impidimp returned Chloe's belongings, including the dew from the flowers which they had filled her flask with, and ran off. Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta then returned to Rapidash and let it drink the dew, hoping to heal it. Sadly, the dew wasn't enough. That's why Ponyta tried to use Heal Pulse on Rapidash again, this time joined by Eevee. This quickly healed the wound and allowed Rapidash to stand up on its own. Ponyta and Rapidash then let Chloe and Eevee ride them respectively and brought them to Ballonlea. Opal then revealed that she was asking so many questions to Ash and Goh because she knew that it would be smarter to wait in one place instead of looking for Chloe, moving blindly. They then ran up to Chloe, causing Ponyta and Rapidash to run off.
After the playful fight is over, Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta wash off the Berry stains from them at a pond, and the Impidimp fetch Chloe the dew she needed. Thanking them for their help, she returns to Rapidash and asks it to drink the dew. It has the desired effect and heals the injury on Rapidash's leg, with Ponyta and Eevee using Heal Pulse to restore the [[Pokémon category|Unique Horn Pokémon]]'s stamina. Rapidash then has Chloe climb on its back, while Eevee climbs onto Ponyta, and the two are given a ride to Ballonlea, where Ash, Goh, {{AP|Pikachu}}, and Cinderace are now completely covered in pink clothing. As Chloe and Eevee dismount Rapidash and Ponyta, Ash and Goh approach her, causing the two horse Pokémon to run away.

As she looks for something to read, a book titled "The Tale of You and Glimwood Tangle" falls out of the bookcase on its own, opening a picture of a Galarian Ponyta and Rapidash. While looking at the picture, she suddenly gets a vision of the two Pokémon. She goes to ask her father about these two Pokémon, and he and Ren tell her, Ash, and Goh that they're regional forms of Ponyta and Rapidash. The three young Trainers are excited to meet them, and head to Glimwood Tangle in Galar.

Once they arrive in the forest, Ash, Goh, and Chloe are fascinated by everything around them, including the giant glowing mushrooms. Ash and Goh see a Morelull and chase after it, while Chloe notices a Galarian Ponyta and follows it. Goh has his Cinderace block Morelull's path and successfully catches it. They then realize that they've gotten separated from Chloe.

Chloe follows the Ponyta down into a ravine, finding a Rapidash down at the bottom. Ponyta attempts to use Heal Pulse to heal Rapidash's injured leg, but the injury is too severe for it to fix. Chloe speculates that Rapidash may have been injured while falling into the ravine. Picking up the book she had brought with her, she recalls a flower whose dew has healing properties. As Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta set out to find the flower, Ash and Goh notice lights in the distance and arrive in the town of Ballonlea, taking shelter from rain underneath a giant mushroom. They're approached by Opal, who challenges them to a series of quizzes when they try to ask her if she's seen Chloe. As they keep getting the answers wrong, Opal has them wear pink clothes.

Meanwhile, Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta move on as soon as the rain clears. Eevee falls down while trying to climb a cliff, but quickly gets back to climbing. At the top, Ponyta uses Heal Pulse to heal Eevee's bruise, and Eevee uses Copycat to use Heal Pulse on Chloe's scraped arm. Soon, they spot the flowers, but are then jumped at by a trio of Impidimp, who steal Chloe's backpack. She tries to get it back, but they simply run away and taunt her, until Eevee starts mimicking their expressions, and they start throwing Bluk Berries from a nearby tree at them. Chloe realizes that the Impidimp just wanted to have fun, and she and Ponyta join Eevee in throwing Berries at the Impidimp.

After the playful fight is over, Chloe, Eevee, and Ponyta wash off the Berry stains from them at a pond, and the Impidimp fetch Chloe the dew she needed. Thanking them for their help, she returns to Rapidash and asks it to drink the dew. It has the desired effect and heals the injury on Rapidash's leg, with Ponyta and Eevee using Heal Pulse to restore the Unique Horn Pokémon's stamina. Rapidash then has Chloe climb on its back, while Eevee climbs onto Ponyta, and the two are given a ride to Ballonlea, where Ash, Goh, Pikachu, and Cinderace are now completely covered in pink clothing. As Chloe and Eevee dismount Rapidash and Ponyta, Ash and Goh approach her, causing the two horse Pokémon to run away.

Back at the Cerise Laboratory, Chloe and Eevee wake up before the book they were reading. Ash and Goh, accompanied by Goh's Morelull, come to tell her that her father's finished working. As she leaves the room, the book's pages flip over on their own, revealing an image of a Ponyta, a Rapidash, an Eevee, and a girl.
