Chlorophyll (Japanese: ようりょくそ Chlorophyll) is an Ability introduced in Generation III.
Effect
In battle
During harsh sunlight, the Speed stat of Pokémon with this Ability is doubled.
Outside of battle
Chlorophyll has no effect outside of battle.

In Sunny weather, Pokémon can use an attack twice in one turn, using only one PP. Any linked moves will also attack twice. Solar Beam, being a single-turn move in harsh sunlight, will also be executed twice.
