Release information
This card was released in POP Series 1, originating as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was released as part of a Meiji Chocolate campaign in June 2004. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the English print was one of two cards available in the EX Legend Maker Blisters, released in March 2006.

Origin
Fire Punch and Double Kick are both moves in the Pokémon games that Blaziken can learn. The Japanese name of Fire Punch is spelled ほのおパンチ rather than ほのおのパンチ as in the games.
