Keep and improve: If a page is improvable, it shouldn't be deleted. The page is certainly improvable, since "Neo Team Rocket" is a fan term used to refer to Pokémon Special Generation II Team Rocket, and there's very little detailed information already on Bulbapedia about this group of Rockets as a whole. --Shiningpikablu252 17:28, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

As a counter-argument to Fabu-Vinny, I'm not insinuating that we should delete it all from Bulbapedia. Just that it should be deleted and merged with the page on Team Rocket, since it does not warrant it's own page.
