Don't know about Ditto, but I was breeding a Chimecho (female) and a Magcargo (male). The Chimecho had an Everstone and the Magcargo had the Pure Incense, and I got Chinglings... I don't remember which one it was, but I think it was either the Wave incense or the Sea incense. Basically what I'm trying to say is I'm pretty sure one of them can be found in-game and not bought but I'm not exactly sure where? Gen III?
