== Foreign-Language Names ==
Before you go adding Pokémon names in a foreign language, you should make sure of the following:
#That you actually list the language the name comes from.  If there's no language listed, how's anyone supposed to know what language it's from to prove...
#They are authentic.  Any claims to a Pokémon's name in languages Pokémon games aren't released in are probably fanwank, meaning something along the lines of something listed as {{p|Prinplup}}'s Latin name won't survive long.
The same would also go for the names of moves, abilities, and the like as well, so keep this in mind.  --[[User:Shiningpikablu252|Shiningpikablu252]] 01:54, 15 December 2009 (UTC)

Welcome

Bulbapedia logo.png
Welcome to Bulbapedia, Sandshrew-san!

Here are a few links to help you get started:

The Manual of Style, or MoS, outlines the format of all pages on Bulbapedia.

All of our administrators are here to help! Talk to them if you have any questions or problems with Bulbapedia.

On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~), or by using the "Your signature with a timestamp" (button_sig.png) button at the top of the edit window.

The Userspace Policy says that you should keep userspace edits (edits to User:Sandshrew-san) to a minimum, and outlines a few other guidelines for your userspace.

For a complete list of policies and editing advice, please see the Welcome Portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Hi

I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Instead of making multiple edits, why not use the Preview button (Alt + Shift + P) located right next to the edit button to look at your page and see how it is coming? That way, your page can look great while staying within the required amount of edits. Instead of editing the userspace, as a wiki, we encourage users to edit the mainspace. So, if you edit the mainspace more often, you will be allowed to edit the userspace more. Thanks! ---- MAGNEDETH 22:40, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

No

Do not speak to an admin that way. We have rules here and we expect them to be followed. If you don't like it, that's just tough. Watch what you say next time. --ケンジガール 22:46, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

You know because of that you just (nearly) got yourself blocked. That's NOT how you talk to authority. ht14 22:53, 11 September 2009
Ha ha ha, blah blah blah blah. I can talk to you as much as I freakin want to =D --ケンジガール 22:58, 11 September 2009
be lucky KG blocked you, im not a nice as she is and id have blocked you probably for a week. -- MAGNEDETH 23:04, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

A.J.'s Sandshrew

Start this page, i think you'd be good at that. Also, remeber to sign your messages. * --T☆MMYSAN!

A.J.'s Sandshrew is not notable enough for it's own article. Please don't make it. --ケンジガール 05:27, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
You were just told not to create it. Read the policy here. It will most likely be deleted. --rockersk08 17:34, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
Sorry for butting in but I agree with the others. It only appeared in one episode and barely did anything. I could probably write only one or two lines on it. It is not notable at all. Solar Dragon 17:42, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
  • A.J.'s Sandshrew was in a never released game called Pocket Monsters Rigu Renshu! (Pokemon Exercise League), so it is notable. --Sandshrew-sanSEGOOGA! 18:17, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
No it isn't. It says that if the Pokémon belongs to a CotD, it isn't notable unless it is one itself. Turtwig A Contributions Talk 22:21, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

Dang, I'm sorry for asking. I don't want any trouble myself. Don't start this page again! * --T☆MMYSAN! 8:11 October 21, 2009 (UTC)

I'm sorry

For all the trouble I caused you. Please don't be afraid of coming back here. From this point on, you will never hear from me again. I sincerely apologize to you for making you feel so terrible. --ケンジガール 13:52, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Talk Page Comments

Removing talk page comments, including the initial welcome template, is prohibited per Bulbapedia's talk page policy. Please do not remove any comments in the future. If you wish to clean old comments away, you should archive your talk page instead. Thank you! --- Kogoro | Talk to me - 17:47, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

I didn't do that, my brother tommy san tried to delete the welcome. i just don't wanna start a fight so i can't have ---- on my page. - unsigned comment from Sandshrew-san (talkcontribs)

This actually has nothing to do with the welcome. It's about this edit. Sorry about any confusion. Also, please remember to sign your comments with four tildes {~~~~), thanks - Kogoro | Talk to me - 17:55, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Talk page commenting

when you comment on someone's talk page, you must sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). this will make sure your name, and the date gets assigned to your comment, and people will know you are talking to them.

also, when someone comments on your talk page, you dont have to go to their page to respond, you can do it right here on this page. this keeps the conversation in one place, and its much easier to follow the conversation for both respondents. -- MAGNEDETH 18:40, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

User Tag

you cant use an official user page tag (in this case, the country tag) and put a fake country in it, it creates an official category with the fake country, which we cant have. -- MAGNEDETH 18:50, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Hold on!

If you did not read your last warning, then please read it now. You have edited the User: namespace too much. Please do not edit your page any more for now. Thank you. --ZestyCactus 18:55, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Userspace edits and what you can do to help around here

I know others have told you to cool it with the userspace but you can edit it the day after tomorrow. I'm afraid they might take it away from you. Also, we have a list of articles we need, there on the Main Page. Anyways happy editing!* --T☆MMYSAN!

This user comes from Japan

Hate to spoil your "Zen-Fun" but you can't say your from Japan if you're not. You're from the United States, this i know because YOU'RE MY BROTHER!!! Also, the constent namespace edits need to stop. You rembember the big fight with Kenji-girl and MAGNEDETH, and you don't wanna get on their badside again. * --T☆MMYSAN!

  • First of all, my friends have nothing to do with Bulbapedia. Second of all, you're the one who let everybody know that we're brothers, so its all out in the open. You better start getting a little more acurate with your user namespace as well. I understand its not a real page on the wiki, but you might as well let the public know a little more about you, and don't make it really fake. There's proof you're not from Japan, because I AM UR BROTHER!!! * --T☆MMYSAN!

Stop.

Do not edit the User: namespace any more. In the past, we were not allowed to edit our pages at all because of users over-editing their pages. If you edit your page any more without making some edits to the mainspace, then the privilege for you to edit the userspace will be removed. ---- MAGNEDETH 22:33, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

Editing other people's user pages

Don't do it please. Thanks. --ケンジガール 18:36, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

  • Sorry. I told him I would help him with a user tag he had, and he is my brother, so I actually can if he permits me.

Oi!

Can you please not speak to me like that in future. I am not stupid and I do not expect stupid excuses as to why you spoke to me like that. If anything like this happens again, I am reporting you for abusive behavior. Thank You, Solar Dragon 17:06, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

OK. Please just leave me alone in future. I haven't done anything to you. Once more and I will report you to an admin for harassment. Solar Dragon 16:15, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
