Cotton Spore (Japanese: わたほうし Cotton Spore) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
Cotton Spore lowers the target's Speed stat by two stat levels. It will fail if the target's Speed stat has reached a stat level of -six or a value of 1, if the target has a Substitute, or is under the effect of Mist.
