:I fail to see how it is similar to Pal Park at all. So he has to get his pokémon back, he goes about it in a completely different manner. --[[User:HoennMaster|Hoenn]][[User talk:HoennMaster|Master]] 02:58, 21 August 2010 (UTC) |

- No It's Ash's Couse I Read on Serbii it said That Ash's Cyndaquill Is Gonna Evolve into Quliva - unsigned comment from Bye (talk • contribs)
- Irrelevant... Serebii isn't reliable on these issues. Speculation. ht14 17:23, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
- In any case, this DOES confirm the presence of Ash's Bayleef, Snorlax, Totodile, and Corphish in this episode, as well as either Ash's or Dawn's Cyndaquil and a Quilava. - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talk • contribs) 17:24, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
- The reason why it's not Dawn's is because Dawn's Cyndaquil is confirmed to be in Movie 13 (due to the movie Merchandise) with the last DP movies, why screw up now? --Dman dustin 17:36, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

- This whole "Dawn's Cyndaquil movie 13 merchandise" thing could be another instance along the lines of Ash's Treecko appearing on early posters for movie 7. What evolution stage was that Pokémon in in the movie itself? That's right, Grovyle.
- If it weren't for the fact that there's absolutely no reason that Dawn's Piplup shouldn't already be an Empoleon (in fact, amongst it, Ash's Turtwig, and Ash's Chimchar, it should have been the first to evolve to second stage, like its contemporary was the first of its in-group trio to evolve; why the writers had to alienate 100% of the fanbase with that Everstone, nobody'll understand), since that damn penguin desperately needs to evolve and do ASAP (it's been a Piplup more than 100 episodes too long), I might have been wagering 2¢ that the Quilava was Dawn's.
- In any instance, it's entirely possible that the Quilava could be wild or belong to a COTD. That Quilava doesn't look to be in a group shot, which leaves way too many distinct possibilities open. My 2¢ on this matter: That image is inconclusive. Absolutely nothing should be assumed before showtime. If it weren't for the fact that I've been on probation for about a month, I'd've protected all the articles involved already just so the gun-jumpers couldn't get to them...- unsigned comment from Shiningpikablu252 (talk • contribs)
- How could just one month since I got put onto probation be "long since over"? I was put onto probation back on May 1. I should still be firmly within my review period. And I'm going to do everything to make sure I pass the review and resume my sysop powers. Hopefully even earn that promotion to Senior Admin...--Shiningpikablu252 01:03, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

- Um, any chance the rest of that comic could be scanned? Where is it even from? --Transfinite | Talk 05:36, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
Where'd you get this picture - unsigned comment from Mihail (talk • contribs)
This is one "scan" from japanese magazine. Several importants events in the anime is revelead by this publication(example is Pokethlon in anime and Monferno's evolution). --Hikaru Wazana 17:16, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
At the very least, can we not add the Pokémon from the comic scans to the episode page? Cyndaquil and Quilava don't have to be assigned a trainer. Watchermark 13:03, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
Talking about badges
"One of the badges that appear on a screen at the end of the episode is the same unknown red badge that has been seen among the badges owned by both Barry and Nando in previous episodes." Another unknown badge (the one that is a circle with 2 purple triangles) also appears Luord 02:59, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
About trivia
The trivia section currently says "This episode marks the first time two main trainers have Pokemon of the same evolutionary line, not species, on their teams." How about May's Venusaur who appeared over hundred episodes before ? I know that May cannot exactly be called main trainer in the Diamond & Pearl series, but anyway... --Lorem of ipsums 13:44, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
- The key phrasing here is "on their teams". Ash hasn't had Bulbasaur on his team since May's Venusaur was a Bulbasaur. - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talk • contribs) 14:07, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
hmmm....
Beside this, Ash's Snorlax joined in the team in Battle Frontier Saga same time with May's Munchlax. --Hikaru Wazana 13:44, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
- I agree, that should be erased Luord 00:21, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Those two picture's with the Azurill and Marill are at different time's. Tracey also had not been a main character since Orange Island.--Diakia 16:25, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
A small reference to the Pal Park?
Back in Generation II, trading to GSC from RBY was possible, as Ash was able to bring and transfer his old pokemon easy. In Gen III, he had to leave everyone (except Pikachu) behind. Even as RSE was unable to take Pokemon from GSC and RBY due to the change in mechanics, Ash was still able to use his old ones in later episodes, as he did in previous seasons.
In this episode, Ash was about to get his old Pokemon back. But after Team Rocket steals and then loses them, Ash goes out to find his old Pokemon and retrieves them with their respective Pokeballs. This seems similar to the same "trouble" we go through to get ours back, thanks to them adding the Pal Park feature.
