Normajean (Japanese: ノブコ Nobuko) is a character of the day in The Brockster Is In!
Normajean first met Ash and friends on a ship that was headed towards Twinleaf Town. Her Pichu, along with the rest of the Baby Pokémon, which included a Cleffa, Igglybuff, Teddiursa, Azurill, Smoochum and Wynaut had wandered towards Ash and his friends, while Normajean was worriedly looking for them. Normajean says she works at a Pokémon Day Care as an apprentice and that these Baby Pokémon are under her care. She then introduces herself to the group. She is ecstatic when she finds out that Brock is a Pokémon Breeder, considering that she works at a Day Care.
Later on, a bunch of Tentacruel find their way onto the ship, thanks to Team Rocket disturbing their peace underwater. They start to attack everyone on board. Several Pokémon, including Normajean's Pokémon became poisoned by the Tentacruel. They were then taken under Brock's care, since no Nurse Joy was available on board. Brock, with the help of his friends, tries different methods to try and heal the sick Pokémon but is unsuccessful. Suddenly, Brock's Happiny evolves into a Chansey and then uses Softboiled to heal Normajean's Pichu and the rest of the Pokémon. Normajean and her Pokémon are grateful to Brock and his skills.
