Tornadus (Japanese: トルネロス Tornelos) is a Template:Type2 legendary Pokémon.
He is not known to evolve into or from any Pokémon.
He is a roaming Pokémon exclusive to Pokémon Black.
Along with Thundurus and Landorus, Tornadus is a member of the Kami trio.
Biology
Physiology
Tornadus is a green, muscular, vaguely ogre or genie-like Pokémon. He has a tufted, cloudlike white mane on the back of his head, small purple horns pointing forward, green ears, yellow eyes, and a white mustache. His muscular arms are spotted with purple, and his navel also has a spot of purple. He has a trailing cloud for a lower body, and his long, curling, purple tentacle-like tail is adorned with various sepia whorled structures.
Gender differences
Tornadus is a male-only species with no female counterpart.
Special abilities
Tornadus can travel at speeds of 200 miles per hour. He can also whip up storms with his tail, and is able to blow away houses.

- Tornadus is the only pure Flying-type Pokémon. However, other Pokémon are able to temporarily become pure Flying types through their Abilities or moves, such as Kecleon and Arceus.
- This also makes him the only purely typed Pokémon with a unique Type 'combination'.
