This card is due to be released in Diamond & Pearl: Secret Wonders. It is one of the few cards moved from Pokémon Card Game DP4 in Japan to the third Diamond & Pearl set in English-language territories. It is also due to be released as a Holographic card in the Lavaflow deck.
