Rifure Village (Japanese: リフレ村 Rifure Village) is an anime-only location in Kanto. It is home to Kinso, an artisan who makes Gym Badges. Cascade Badges are made there using a kiln and welding the metal, and possibly other Gym Badges as well. It was featured in The Blue Badge of Courage when Misty had to get more Gym Badges and is located near Cerulean City, at the foot of a mountain and by a lake.
