A Grand Master (Japanese: グランドマスター Grand Master) is one of four elite card players whose deck revolve around one of the Legendary Cards. Players who defeat them receive the Legendary Cards. It is said that the Master Medals are gifts from the Grand Masters.
They are the Pokémon Trading Card Game counterparts to the Elite Four.
