I've been trying to find an official source for the names of the two player characters and the rival in each of the languages, but I can only find 7 out of the 24 possible names. I've found Chase and Trace's English name (from E3), everyone's Japanese name (from various trailers), and Trace's Chinese and Korean names (from one trailer). I must be missing something but I can't find a source for Elaine's English name, the player characters' Chinese and Korean names, and anyone's Spanish/French/German/Italian names. Looking at the trailers on Nintendo and The Pokemon Company's various language Youtube channels, it seems like the Western-language trailers have nearly zero in-game text. Any help or clarification would be appreciated! Source for official names in various languages?
Blueapple128 (talk) 04:26, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
