Glare (Japanese: へびにらみ Snake Glare) is a mostly accurate non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Generation I
Glare paralyzes the opponent.
Glare can't affect an opponent that already has a major status ailment.
In Stadium, Glare can't affect an opponent that has a substitute.
