Iscan (Japanese: ススキ Susuki) is a warden tasked with watching over a special Basculegion.

Iscan lives by the sea. He can be a bit easy to frighten and isn’t too fond of Ghost-type Pokémon.
He and his Basculegion saved Palina - a Warden from the Pearl Clan - when he was younger.
