Iscan (Japanese: ススキ Susuki) is a warden tasked with watching over a special Basculegion.

Iscan lives by the sea. He can be a bit easy to frighten and isn’t too fond of Ghost-type Pokémon.
He and his Basculegion saved Palina - a Warden from the Pearl Clan - when he was younger. The two of them soon began a romantic relationship, but they keep their relationship a secret to the rest of the clan members, since they are aware of Palina's bad reputation amongst the clans and Palina doesn't want Iscan to also get bad reputation because of her.
