Location of Diamond Settlement in Hisui.

Diamond Settlement (Japanese: コンゴウ集落 Kongō Settlement) is a place in Hisui region founded by the Diamond Clan, located in the northern central region of the Crimson Mirelands. It is the home to Adaman and the rest of the Diamond Clan (with the exception of Iscan).

Geography

The Diamond Settlement is a small camp established in a forest bordering the neighboring Diamond Heath. It lies uphill to the north of the Scarlet Bog and to the west of Lake Valor, the shore of which can be visited by following a worn trail from the settlement from the northeast. The camp features five houses in which members of the Diamond Clan reside. The houses form a circle around an open central plaza where inhabitants often congragate. A lone rocky spire rests at the very center of the plaza.

Demographics

Pokémon Legends: Arceus

The Diamond Settlement has a population of 19.

Trivia

The two portraits found in each Diamond Clan member's home
  • The rock and the placement of the houses together resemble a sun dial, fitting with the Clan worshipping Dialga and by extension time itself.
  • Every home in the Diamond Settlement contains two portraits of unnamed figures.
    • The portrait on the left features a man in a green cloak who bears a striking resemblance to Alder and to a lesser extent Benga. The same portrait can also be found in the homes of the Pearl Settlement.
    • The portrait on the right features a man in a Diamond Clan garb who bears a striking resemblance to Maxie.
  • Unlike the Pearl Settlement, the Diamond Settlement does not appear to have a modern-day counterpart, though its close proximity to Lake Valor and an elevated high ground may suggest it to be the site of Hotel Grand Lake.
