Trivia
- While normally unobtainable, the Strange Ball is used as a placeholder whenever an invalid Poké Ball ID is found in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
- In previous games the placeholder for an invalid Poké Ball ID was the regular Poké Ball.
- The Strange Ball resembles a modern Poké Ball design rather than the designs seen in Hisui.
