Two Hits and a Miss (Japanese: カポエラーVSフシギダネ!かくとうたいけつ!! Kapoerer vs. Fushigidane! Hand to Hand Showdown!!) is episode 166 of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on September 28, 2000 and in the United States on September 15, 2001.
The group visit a dojo where the identity of the future Shihan is under dispute. The current shihan wants it to be Ash while the title is also wanted by his granddaughter, Chigusa, and an outsider, Shiro. When Chigusa battles Shiro, she must understand the secret to Ash's strength to win.

Errors
- At one point Chigusa says, "Hitmonlee and I are going to destroy Shiro." However, this would only make sense if she said Hitmontop as Hitmonlee is Shiro's Pokémon.
