If the player turns on the C-Gear: "You see! The C-Gear was activated, and that screen showed up! If you touch the "?" icon at the bottom-right of the screen, you can read about the C-Gear."

If the player does not turn on the C-Gear: "If you want to turn on the C-Gear, touch the Power symbol at the bottom right of the screen. Then, after turning on the power, if you touch the "?" icon at the bottom right of the screen, you can read about the C-Gear."

The mat in front of your house is a Footprint Mat. Pokémon that visited your home will leave their footprints. When you click the Check Dream Pal map. button in the upper-left corner... You can see your Dream Pals' homes!"

"If you click this button, you can leave the Pokémon Dream World and wake up your Pokémon. If you leave the Pokémon Dream World without clicking the button, you cannot wake up your Pokémon. So be careful! Enjoy a Pokémon's dream in the Pokémon Dream World!"

"This is your room. Let me explain how it works. You have your very own Treasure Chest! The Treasure Chest is where you can store Berries and items that you collected in the Pokémon Dream World. You can send those Berries and items to a boy at the entrance of the Entree Forest as Dream Remnants. When your Pokémon wakes up from a dream, you can talk to the boy at the entrance of the Entree Forest to receive the Dream Remnants."

"This is a Friend Board. You can make a wish to add a Pokémon you've met on the Island of Dreams to your party. A photo of the Pokémon you wished for will appear on this Friend Board. The Pokémon from the Friend Board will be sent to a Forest Clearing in the Entree Forest. I'm sure the Pokémon in the Forest Clearing will join your party! Another thing... If you have 50 or more photos on your Friend Board, you can't go to the Island of Dreams. So keep an eye on that!"

Sometimes you need Berries to play games with Pokémon. I'll explain about how to grow Berries! Click the soil, and you can see the Berries you have. Choose the Berry you want to grow. That Berry is planted! Water the plants with a watering system and grow even more Berries! Click the place where you planted a Berry... ...and you can water it with a watering system. When it grows more Berries... ...you can harvest the Berries! The harvested Berries will be put in your Treasure Chest. Grow a lot of Berries and enjoy the Pokémon Dream World!"

Tree of Dreams

• Upon first arrival

"This is the Tree of Dreams. It's beautiful, isn't it? There are a lot of Pokémon whose wishes came true! I'll bet you'd like to know how to make a wish. Click the Wishing Hollow at the base of the tree, and place a Berry inside. The Island of Dreams remembers the Pokémon that became your friends there. The tree will ask you which Pokémon you want to add to your party. Pick one to make your wish! After you make a wish, you'll go back to your home. It you didn't befriend any Pokémon, you'll go back to your home without making a wish."
